Chantell Cervantes-Chambers is the Vice President of CERVANTES & CHAMBERS, PC, and a aggressive Trial Attorney that recovers maximum compensation for her clients.
Chantell Cervantes-Chambers is the bilingual co-founder and Trial Attorney of Cervantes & Chambers, PC. Born and raised in Silicon Valley, found her way to Southern California. Despite being pre-med through all of high school and part of college, Chantell decided to attend law school, and never looked back.
While at Western State College of Law, she met her husband and business partner, Garrett R. Chambers. During law school she was the President of the Latino Bar Association, on the Western State Negotiation Team, as well as a member of several other organizations. Chantell graduated from the Trial Lawyers College in Wyoming in July of 2018.
Chantell practices in all areas of civil litigation with a focus on all types of catastrophic injury cases, including wrongful death. Her love of medicine and justice fuels her practice dedicated to representing clients who have been injured or experienced other catastrophic loss or damage as result of someone else’s negligence. As a trial attorney, she represents people involved in motor vehicle collisions, motorcycle collisions, professional malpractice, slip and fall accidents, and other general liability matters.
Since becoming a Plaintiff’s attorney, Chantell has been instrumental in recovering millions in jury verdicts and settlements.
Chantell is a proud member of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association (OCTLA), the Orange County Hispanic Bar Association (OCHBA), the American Association for Justice (AAJ), Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), and Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC).
When not working, Chantell happily spends the majority of her time with her husband/business partner/trial partner/best friend, their two amazing children and two golden retrievers.
