GARRETT R. CHAMBERS

Garrett R. Chambers is the President of CERVANTES & CHAMBERS, PC, and a Trial Attorney that uses compassion and persistent advocacy to recover millions for his clients.
Born and raised in Orange County, California. Garrett studied business administration at University of La Verne and played two seasons for the Leopard football team.
After College, Garrett attended Western State College of Law. During law school, he met his wife and business partner, Chantell Cervantes-Chambers. Prior to graduating, Garrett seized the opportunity to travel overseas and study abroad in Madrid Spain through the prestigious and oldest U.S. Law School, William & Mary College of Law. During his study abroad term, Garrett travelled throughout western Europe and ran with the bulls in Pamplona. After his return, he graduated from Western State College of Law. Garrett immediately took and passed the California Bar Exam, landing in the top 5% in the nation for the multi-choice (MBE) portion of the exam.
During law school, Garrett clerked for Chambers, Noronha & Kubota. After becoming an attorney, he became a trial lawyer for Chambers, Noronha & Kubota and in 2018, Chambers & Noronha. Throughout his career, Garrett has gained a plethora of experience from handling trials to verdict, arbitrations, mediations, and arguing in front of the 4th District Court of Appeal, as all phases of litigation. Mr. Chambers has tried cases to juries in Orange, San Diego, San Bernardino, and Los Angeles Counties. Garrett has expanded his practice throughout the nation, he is licensed to practice in Hawaii, Colorado, North Dakota, Arizona, Washington and the District of Columbia.
Garrett also attended the coveted Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College, which refined his trial skills and grew as a human being. Currently, Garrett is serving as the Secretary for Orange County Trial Lawyers Association. In 2022, I was invited to become a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, which is an invite only association that requires a certain amount of trials to verdict.
Garrett practices in all areas of civil litigation with a focus on all types of catastrophic injury cases, including wrongful death. He is dedicated to representing clients who have been injured or experienced other catastrophic loss or damage as result of someone else’s negligence. As a trial attorney, she represents people involved in motor vehicle collisions, motorcycle collisions, professional malpractice, slip and fall accidents, and other general liability matters.
When Garrett is not prosecuting insurance companies for the wrongdoings of their insureds, he spend his time with his wife/trial partner, their two kids, and two golden retrievers.
